The schedule is normal for all classes this week.
We will continue to work our single-leg takedown flow series: takedown -> pass guard -> maintain side control (attack) -> move to mount (attack) -> transition to the back (attack).
If you are sick, please stay home. You will be able to catch up quickly. Please don't bring your germs to share with your training partners.
